Brasserie Fougue

Brasserie Fougue opens in September 2026 at 53–57 Rue de Grenelle in the 7th, inside Beaupassage: FUGA’s new Left Bank house, a contemporary brasserie meant to run from a counter breakfast to a late dinner, with chef Fany Herpin on the pass.

The little-known fact is Allard. Herpin ran that Saint-Germain kitchen for more than three years after time in starred restaurants in Paris, London and New York; here she writes terrine of foie gras, magret Apicius, blanquette, braised beef cheek and coquillettes ham-Comté, plus a weekday lunch semainier of French classics. A large hidden terrace and an open kitchen sit in the passage; hours once open are daily 08:00 to 01:00. Sortir à Paris and Newtable both filed the rentrée.

@brasserie_fougue is the live camera for hours. The terrace is why you go; Rue de Grenelle is why it feels like Paris.
