BEAU opened on Saturday 23 May 2026 at 18 Rue Marbeuf in the 8th, the first Paris door of Samy Bennani Ziatni and Sacha Auger’s Dubai-born burger house, after Abu Dhabi, Cannes and a Saint-Tropez pop-up.
The little-known fact is the room: polished concrete, Haussmann stone and mustard-yellow velvet banquettes, a Golden Triangle snack that refuses plastic trays. Smash burgers run twelve to eighteen euros; the signature is Chicken Nuggets Caviar. Service is seven days, 12:00–23:00. Sortir walked the opening; Time Out filed the chic fast-food landing on Marbeuf.
