L'Alcazar

L'Alcazar reopens on 1 September 2026 at 62 Rue Mazarine in the 6th, the Saint-Germain restaurant-spectacle born in 1968, now under Walter Butler, already owner of the Paradis Latin.

The little-known fact is the brief: Butler wants the venue’s memory to talk to a contemporary stage rather than to freeze a 1968 room. Dining, a live scene and theatrical décor share the same Left Bank address, a few streets from the river.
