Willett’s opened on 2 April 2026 at 75 Sloane Street, The Cadogan’s new British bistro after a 28 March soft launch. Condé Nast Traveller filed the July room: sourdough crumpets with Dorset crab, Beef Wellington, Colchester oysters. The house is open daily from 7am.
The little-known fact is the name: William Willett campaigned for daylight saving from a house on this street, so the bistro is a Chelsea clock, not a hotel concept. Walk-ins welcome. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, the same door. @willettslondon is the live camera.
The bistro is why you go; Sloane Street is why it feels like London.
