Waterhouse

Waterhouse opened on 13 August 2026 at 7A Ezra Street, the follow-up to The Water House Project after that lease ended in May. Gabriel Waterhouse and Patricia Wakaimba took a former potter’s studio — fireplaces and Crittall windows left in — and dropped the word Project from the door.

The little-known fact is the compass: the kitchen still cooks Northumberland in east London, Lindisfarne oysters and a courtyard garden standing in for the coast, with a wine bar promised for September. Wallpaper* filed the 24-cover room among the tables everyone would be booking this summer. Hot Dinners had the 13 August date on 22 July.
