Vesper opened on 26 May 2026 at 8–10 Exmouth Market, Jackson Boxer’s evening-star after Dove and Brunswick House. Hot Dinners had the date on 17 April. Condé Nast Traveller filed the July room; olive magazine sat the zinc bar among 2026’s best new London restaurants. Wallpaper* walked the Jermaine Gallacher terrace in May.
The little-known fact is the burger: it is off-menu, a gorgonzola-doused beef rib patty the house will do if you ask, beside chicken agnolotti, grilled prawns in fenugreek butter and a canelé with rum butterscotch. Wednesday to Saturday 12:00–14:30; Tuesday to Saturday 17:30–22:00.
