The Latimer opened on 21 April 2026 at 274 Latimer Road, W10, a Spiteri-family pub — Melanie Arnold and Jon Spiteri on the paper, Finlay and Lorcan on the floor — one minute from Latimer Road station. Condé Nast Traveller put it in the May file. Square Meal asked if it was west London’s best new pub in May.

The little-known fact is the family: this is not a group rollout, it is a corner pub the Spiteris actually run, with masala haddock bites and pork-belly skewers on the early carte. Cue Point’s garden is around the corner on Bramley Road, so the same walk holds two 2026 doors.
