Soraya

Soraya opens in September 2026 at 96 George Street, W1U 8AF, the first London door of the Pachamama Group’s Persian house. The Nudge put it on the September calendar: flatbreads, kebabs, short rib khoresh. Maps already holds the numbered street; soraya.london is the site; @sorayamarylebone is the live camera, still posting the sister room in Abu Dhabi until George Street is built.

The little-known fact is the cheesecake. Captions already promise the bottarga cheesecake from the original house, a Persian joke on a Marylebone dessert list rather than a kebab-only brief. Hours follow the Instagram until September. The khoresh is why you go; George Street is why it feels like London.
