Rosina opened on 29 June 2026 at 35 Bellevue Road, SW17, Adam Byatt’s first kitchen dedicated to Italian cooking after Trinity and Bistro Union. Tuna crudo with Datterini, spaghetti with anchovy and chilli, roasted turbot — the August Condé Nast Traveller file called it effortlessly breezy.

The little-known fact is the name: Rosina is a family name, not a concept, and the terrace looks at the common rather than a booking app. Hot Dinners had it Hot Right Now in August. olive magazine sat the same room among 2026’s best new London restaurants.
