Impala opened on 26 March 2026 at 13–14 Dean Street, W1, Meedu Saad’s debut after heading Kiln, on Super 8 paper with Tomos Parry’s Brat and Mountain. Grace Dent sat it in April and called it shamelessly, brilliantly too much. olive magazine put it among 2026’s best new London restaurants. Sunday service starts 30 August.

The little-known fact is the oven: a wood fire in a Soho townhouse, North African pickles and French technique, kitchen-counter walk-ins if you would rather not book. Lunch 12:00–14:30; dinner 17:00–22:30. SevenRooms holds the book. @impala.soho is the live camera.

The fire is why you go; Dean Street is why it feels like London.
