Fenix opened at Stratton House, 80 Piccadilly, in winter 2025–26, the second door of the Greek-Mediterranean house, 160 covers across from Green Park. Condé Nast Traveller filed it in the May 2026 new-London roundup: spicy feta, sea bass carpaccio, sharing plates. Daily 12:00–1:00.
The little-known fact is the park: the windows face Green Park, not a courtyard, so the late sitting looks at plane trees instead of a booking wall. Christmas 2026 large-party enquiries are already on the Instagram. @fenixrestaurantlondon is the live camera.
The sharing plates are why you go; Piccadilly is why it feels like London.
