Dorothy’s opened on 17 June 2026 at 41 Savile Row, W1S 3QQ, an all-day caffè, bar and restaurant from Wendover — the practice behind Foreign Exchange, Sol’s and Shreeji Newsagents — in the former atelier of tailor William Hunt. Oak-burl panelling, Breccia Damascata marble, bentwood chairs and pistachio banquettes take their cue from Loos’s American Bar in Vienna and Pasticceria Cova in Milan. Mornings run yoghurt with granola, bacon baps, smoked-salmon rye; lunch is brioche sandwiches and seasonal salads; evenings add stuffed olives, chickpea panisse, lobster with aioli. Coffee is 15 Grams. @millykr called it her favourite new central London café for breakfast, lunch and aperitivo, then put it on the summer new-openings radar.

The little-known fact is the name. The street is partly named for Lady Dorothy Savile, and the house sits opposite the former Apple Corps headquarters where The Beatles played their rooftop concert — which is why a cocktail is called the Ray Dagg, after the officer who tried to stop them. Tuesday to Friday 08:30–19:00; Saturday 08:30–16:00. 020 3908 5540. Book through SevenRooms.

@dorothysavile is the live camera. The marble counter is why you go; Savile Row is why it feels like London.
