Dante Mayfair opened as a permanent room in 2026 at Claridge’s, Brook Street, W1K 4HR, the New York cocktail house that had already packed a 2025 pop-up in the same hotel. Condé Nast Traveller filed the July 2026 table: caviar tarts, champagne pearls, grilled king prawns with chilli butter, a Dante smash burger with provolone, veal Milanese, a sticky toffee doughnut flambéed with whiskey. Maybourne holds the book; @dantemayfairlondon is the live camera, sister to @dantenewyorkcity.

The little-known fact is the pop-up. This is not a new brand dropped on Brook Street; it is the same Dante that tested the room in 2025, then took a facelift and a lease rather than going home to Manhattan. The Negroni is why you go; Claridge’s is why it feels like London.
