Clio opened on 17 April 2026 at 66 Chiltern Street, W1, executive chef Glen Ballis with head chef Louis Korovilas — Locanda Locatelli, Pied à Terre — a sister to Kino. olive magazine sat the light room among 2026’s best new London restaurants: chunky Greek salad, prawn saganaki, suckling pig. Michelin had already looked in. Lunch 12:00–15:00; dinner 18:00–22:00, every day.
The little-known fact is the delay: the house had said March, then opened 17 April, a month of waiting on Chiltern Street rather than a soft launch. @clio.london is the live camera; cliorestaurant.co.uk holds the book.
