Chez Rose

Chez Rose opened on 9 June 2026 at 5 Pollen Street, W1, Spencer Metzger’s first own door after The Devonshire — a French bistro named for his late grandmother Rose. Hot Dinners had it Hot Right Now in August. The house said 9 June on Instagram after a 1 June target.

The little-known fact is the dedication: the room is a grandmother’s name in Mayfair, not a hotel concept, and the cooking is bistro rather than tasting-menu. Five Pollen Street sits a few doors from the old Sketch block, so the walk is Bond Street rather than a reservation car.
