Burro opened in early 2026 at 2 Floral Court, Floral Street, WC2, Conor Gadd’s first solo door after sixteen years co-owning Trullo in Highbury. Condé Nast Traveller filed it among 2026’s new London restaurants. The name is Italian for butter — produce-led, regional, a wine list that stays on the peninsula.
The little-known fact is the court: Floral Court is a yard off Floral Street, not a piazza, so the trattoria sits in a passage rather than on a tourist square. @burro_restaurant is the live camera; trattoriaburro.com holds the menus.
The butter is why you go; Floral Court is why it feels like London.
