Bulbul opened in August 2026 at 25 Tudor Street, EC4Y 0DD, chef-restaurateur Rohan D’Souza’s first London door in a former printing press between Temple and Blackfriars. Hot Dinners filed the room on 26 August: regional Indian plates, three chefs from different Indian kitchens including D’Souza, a cocktail bar. The little-known fact is the press. This is not a hotel Indian room; it is a print-works rewritten as green chairs, leopard banquettes and a cocktail bar on Tudor Street, a City postcode that had not had this kitchen.
