Bar Etna opened on 7 May 2026 at 47 Newington Green, N16, a soft launch on the 6th, from Four Legs’ Ed McIlroy with Philadelphia’s Joe Beddia of Pizzeria Beddia. Condé Nast Traveller put it in the May file. The Nudge had the official 7 May door. Hot Dinners listed it Hot Right Now in August.
The little-known fact is the crust: Beddia’s East Coast pie written with British produce, Italian-American plates, soft serve and spritzes, late enough that Friday and Saturday run to half past midnight. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 18:00–23:00; Friday and Saturday 12:00–15:30 and 17:00–00:30; Sunday 12:00–18:00.
