Appalachia opened in 2026 at 71 Nile Street, N1, Ali Borer — from Camilla Meshiea and Ryan Sheehan’s Counter 71 — keeping the close-set counter and sending the basement to Lowcountry. Wallpaper* walked the refreshed room among the summer 2026 bookings. Appalachian cooking with Thai influences, not a theme.
