Tangra opened on 3 November 2025 at 17 Frith Street, W1D 4RG, a 60-cover fully vegetarian Indo-Chinese kitchen from executive chef Nikesh Sawant — lately development chef at Mildreds — in the room that used to be Soho Ceviche. Hot Dinners dated the door. The list is Hakka Chinese from Kolkata’s Tangra neighbourhood, with Tibet and Nepal on the same pass: momos, chilli paneer, Hakka noodles, a Sadeko chick’n kati roll.
