Woody is a burger counter in Teşvikiye, at Prof. Dr. Orhan Ersek Sokak No:11 in Şişli, where the menu refuses the usual stacked board and keeps the order line short on purpose.

The brief is one smash burger on a house-made potato bun; there is no second burger on the board, which turns the kitchen into a study of repetition rather than variety. That single focus is the concrete fact of the room, and it shapes how fast the pass moves when the street fills.

Istanbul Muse and Oggusto filed the opening, and @woodyhamburger is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
