Two Guys Çengelköy

Two Guys opened its first Istanbul restaurant at Güzeltepe Mahallesi, Bosna Bulvarı No: 131 D:1C, 34680 Üsküdar — the Çengelköy side of the boulevard, after the original kitchen in Küçükkuyu / Edremit. Three chefs. Daily 12:00–23:00. @twoguys.tr is the live camera. Müdavim’s 3 September 2026 Çengelköy roundup is the filing: a burger-and-pizza room where dough rests for hours and sauces are made in the house, not bought in.

The little-known fact is the Edremit origin. This is not a second Istanbul branch of a city brand that already had Karaköy. It is the first time the Küçükkuyu kitchen took a numbered street in Istanbul. That is why the roundup bothers to say “şimdi İstanbul’da da bir şubesi açılan.” Relish Burger and Füme Kaburga Mantarlı Pizza are the plates it names. Neapolitan dough on one side of the card, smash-adjacent burgers on the other, 15-year sourdough leftover bread as the table extra according to diner posts. Delivery runs through Trendyol Go and Yemeksepeti; the room is still the point.

Çengelköy’s roundup sits it next to Pap’s Pizzeria, Del Mare and Barto’s — neighbourhood names, not a new-openings index. Two Guys is the actual first door from outside the city. Pap’s is a pizza-only second location of an existing Istanbul Italian and is not on this feed for that reason. Bosna Bulvarı is inland of the yalı line, which is why the card reads Güzeltepe as well as Çengelköy: same village cluster, a numbered boulevard instead of a shore café.

Go for the Relish Burger. Bosna Bulvarı is why it feels like this side of the Bosphorus villages rather than a Kadıköy burger counter. The Edremit kitchen is the argument; the numbered door is why it is here.
