Tutta is a cocktail and craft-beer bar on the Asmalımescit side of Beyoğlu, a night room meant to pull the old entertainment street back into focus after dark. Public listings still blur the precise door number, yet the project is clearly anchored to that narrow slope where bars inherit their energy from the pavement rather than from a hotel lobby.

The kitchen brief is bar snacks and sharing plates—food designed to keep a table occupied between rounds, not to stage a separate dining act. That choice fits the block: Asmalımescit rewards places that understand standing room, late arrivals, and the half-conversation that happens when glassware and small plates share the same surface under low light.

Oggusto filed the opening, and tutta.bar on Instagram is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
