Tango & Cash

Tango & Cash is a fire dining room in Nişantaşı, at Harbiye’s Mim Kemal Öke Caddesi 3A in Şişli, where the grill line, the bar, and the late tables share one floor instead of separate floors of a hotel.

Fire-driven cooking sits beside cocktails and music, so the night is built as social energy rather than a quiet tasting sequence; the room is talked about as much for how long people stay as for what leaves the hearth. The address keeps it inside the dense Nişantaşı grid, not on a remote waterfront terrace.

Istanbul Muse, Müdavim, and Oggusto filed the opening, and @tangocash.ist is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
