Suimaki is an East Asian raw-bar and sushi counter at Av. Süreyya Ağaoğlu Sok. Köşe Apt No: 10C in Teşvikiye, Şişli, inside the Nişantaşı grid where boutiques, lunch traffic, and evening walk-ins share the same tight sidewalks.

The kitchen moves under a street-sushi brief, presenting pieces in cylindrical Push-Pop cases that make the format portable and visibly informal without abandoning clean fish work. It is less a hushed omakase room than a dynamic counter built for quick turns, cold cuts, and a younger pace than the neighborhood’s older fine-dining addresses.
