Sour & Sweet Wine Bar opened at Caddebostan Plajyolu Sokak No:8A in late May 2026, the bakery group’s evening extension a few metres off Bağdat Caddesi, where the same counter that sells morning bakes pours local wine after the oven slows down.

The little-known fact is the split they refuse: bakery mornings, wine-bar nights, one door. DenemenLazım filed it on the July 2026 guide as Istanbul’s bakery-and-wine pairing rather than a hotel bar. The kitchen posts hours on Instagram; Plaj Yolu is a beach-street that still works as a neighborhood lane after dark.
