Shvili

Shvili is a Georgian kitchen in Hasanpaşa, at Hasanpaşa, Kurbağalıdere Cd. no: 2/6 iç kapı no: 6 in Kadıköy, a short walk from the Terminal Kadıköy edge where the stream road meets the denser residential blocks.

The menu stays close to homemade specialties: freshly baked khachapuri, traditional khinkali, and the warmer service style of a family table rather than a staged Caucasian concept room.

Istanbul Muse filed the opening, and @shvili.tr is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
