Scald Coffee opened on Karakolhane Caddesi No: 30 in Yeldeğirmeni, a calmer Kadıköy street that still has room for a new coffee room.

The front looks onto the street for groups; the inner tables are kept for reading and work. Breakfast, pastry, and coffee cover the whole day, which is why the neighbourhood already treats it as an all-hours stop rather than a morning-only counter.
