Salsura Sea Food

Salsura Sea Food is a seafood restaurant in Yeniköy, Sarıyer, set along the long Bosphorus-facing stretch where Köybaşı traffic, wooden yalı façades, and evening fish houses share the same shoreline road.

The kitchen works in the modern balık restoranı register: grilled and raw fish, cold meze tempered for a cleaner line, and service oriented toward the water rather than a crowded inland meyhanesi. Little of the room pretends to be a hidden tavern; it is a Yeniköy opening built for the corridor’s steady dinner traffic and the view that still defines the neighborhood after dark.

Oggusto filed the opening, and the Instagram handle salsurayenikoy is the live camera for hours and daily catch notes. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
