Sael Coffee is a specialty coffee room at Defterdar Yokuşu Sok. No:1B in Firuzağa, on the Cihangir slope of Beyoğlu, where apartment entries, small groceries, and café doors share the same narrow pavement.

The approach is boutique rather than sprawling: a focused bar, careful extraction, and a seating plan that does not pretend to be a full restaurant. In a neighborhood already dense with coffee options, the difference is the quiet of the interior and the way the counter holds attention without noise from a heavy food program.

Oggusto filed the opening for the city magazine, and Instagram at saelcoffee is the live camera for hours and roast notes. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
