Numa Bebek opened at Bebek, Cevdet Paşa Caddesi No: 121, 34342 Beşiktaş — the shore road between Aşiyan and Bebek çarşı, in the old Koru Kahve room under a typical Bebek apartment. Müdavim filed the table on 19 March 2026 as one of the newest all-day rooms on a stretch that already trains people to be picky.

The little-known fact is the coffee itself. Beans are roasted for this room. Third-wave cups sit next to milk drinks whose foam is printed with whatever image you ask for — a Bebek trick more than a specialty-coffee one, and the reason the same table works for a laptop morning and a late sandwich. Inside, the design is careful rather than loud: mixed seating for a meeting, a pause, a working afternoon. Outside, the terrace takes the village light off the Bosphorus. Dogs are welcome. That is the brief — one numbered door that does not have to change its name between breakfast and eleven.

Breakfast runs Brochie Göz Yumurta, Kabaklı Fit Omlet, Simitli Göz Yumurta. The case changes daily: cookies, a cheesecake croissant, quiche. Later the card widens to Trüflü Dört Mantarlı Pizetta, a smoked-turkey artisan sandwich, granola, bowl pastas. Everything is finished in this kitchen. The clock is 09:00–23:00 so the room never splits into a morning café and a night restaurant.

Go for the terrace coffee and a pizetta. Cevdet Paşa is why it feels like Bebek rather than a concept café dropped on the shore. Walk the Aşiyan side if you want the quieter arrival; the çarşı end is why the pavement thickens after four. Müdavim’s note was the energy of an all-day room that still behaves like a neighbourhood table. The foam print is the souvenir; the numbered street is the reason to sit down.
