The kitchen works Turkish flavors as creative sharing plates built on seasonal ingredients rather than fixed meze lists, so the board shifts with what the market will actually hold that week. The room sits on a busy coastal artery, which keeps the pace of service tied to the street outside instead of a sealed dining hall.
