Mini Taverna

Mini Taverna opened in late June 2026 in the back garden of Cozy İstanbul at Dilhayat Sokak No:15 in Etiler, a courtyard the Cozy team dressed with yellow string lights and wooden chairs so the same villa could run two clocks at once.

The little-known fact is the fire: chef Hüseyin Kılıç, who already signs Cozy’s open kitchen, cooks tarama, fried Girit squash, warm vinegar octopus and beef-rib orzo over coals in the garden rather than sending plates out from the indoor pass. Hürriyet sat the opening night; Gazete Oksijen and DenemenLazım filed it among Istanbul’s newest summer tables. Hours run Tuesday–Sunday from 17:00; Monday is dark.
