Manzé

Manzé is a contemporary neighborhood dining room in Suadiye, the Kadıköy district where residential blocks meet a quieter evening table culture, located in Suadiye, Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The kitchen is led by chef İbrahim Tunç, an MSA graduate whose path runs through Circle by Vertical, Aman da Bravo, EK BİÇ YE İÇ, and Beykızı. His stated frame—sustainability, seasonality, and work with local producers—shapes a menu that treats the Asian-side larder as material rather than decoration, keeping the plate close to what the week’s suppliers can honestly deliver.

Oggusto recorded the opening for the city’s readers, and Instagram at manzeistanbul remains the live camera for hours and seating notes. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
