Manifest Roof

Manifest Roof is a Mediterranean rooftop kitchen in Galata, reached through Querencia Otel at Bereketzade, Şimşir Sk. No: 20, Kat 5 in Beyoğlu, above the tight lanes that drop toward the Golden Horn.

The kitchen sits on the fifth floor of that hotel yet keeps the hotel’s name off the door, so the terrace reads as its own address: open air, city light, and a menu built around clean Mediterranean cooking rather than a lobby extension.

Istanbul Muse and Oggusto filed the opening, and @manifestroof is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
