Little Pika is a small East Asian kitchen on Plaj Yolu Sk. 12A in Suadiye, Kadıköy — the old Pigalle room on the same sea-side street, reset as an izakaya for shared plates rather than banquet pacing.

Ignore the scrapable kitchen chrome; what holds is the izakaya-minded shape of the offer: Japanese-leaning cooking broken into tapas-scale dishes meant to move across the table in rounds. On the Asian side, that format still reads as intimate rather than theatrical, and the room’s size keeps the night close to the pass, where heat, rice, and grilled edges matter more than spectacle.
