Letafet opened in August 2026 in the garden of Tophane Kasrı, at Kılıçali Paşa, Meclis-i Mebusan Caddesi No: 2, 34433 Beyoğlu. It is a café, not a hotel restaurant: tables under the trees in the kasır garden, coffee in the 200–290 ₺ band, open every day from 10:00 to 23:00. Call +90 555 501 68 67.

The little-known fact is the building. Tophane Kasrı sits on the coastal strip between Karaköy and Fındıklı, a restored pavilion rather than a new-build terrace. The garden is the room — gravel, fountain, shade — and the card stays café rather than stretching into a full kitchen. The garden is why you go; Meclis-i Mebusan is why it feels like Istanbul.
