Gringo

Gringo opened in May 2026 at Hünkâr Sokak No:8A in Caferağa, a compact open-kitchen counter on a Moda side street whose line is zero body count rather than a salad-bar sermon.

The little-known fact is the dürüm: Supreme Seitan and a vegan red döner sit next to White Melt and fries, with fermented cashew ayran instead of a dairy glass. Oggusto dated the door to May in its Moda guide; DenemenLazım kept it on the July list. Hours often run 15:00–21:00, Monday dark; the kitchen posts the week on Instagram.
