Fo&Co opened on 19 June 2026 at Kuzguncuk Mahallesi, Tufan Sokak No: 6/B, a focaccia-and-cookie room whose name splits in two — Fo for the bread they bake every morning, Co for cookie and coffee — on a quiet street a few steps from the Bosphorus.

The little-known fact is the count: twenty seats, a photogenic mirror by the burgundy door, and a counter that sells the house bags and cookie-shaped brooches beside the lemonade. Caprese with pesto, a roast-beef melt with balsamic onion, smoked tenderloin with truffle; brownie, white-chocolate pistachio, hazelnut and lemon-berry cookies.
