Flân Bakery & Drinkery occupies a stretch of Moda where bakery counters and evening glasses already share the same sidewalks, set among the walkable blocks of Moda, Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The room reads the neighborhood’s double life with unusual clarity: laminated doughs and coffee service hold the morning, then yield to modern sharing plates and a cocktail program built for the same counter after dark. Nothing here pretends the two halves are strangers; the hybrid simply follows how Moda already moves between pastry boxes and late tables without changing streets.

Oggusto filed the opening into local circulation, and Instagram at flandrinkery serves as the live camera for hours and menu shifts. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
