Filo d'Olio

Filo d'Olio took Caddebostan Mahallesi, Bağdat Caddesi No: 319–321C, Kadıköy, as a 2026 Italian door on the avenue that already runs the Asian side’s evening. Chef Danilo Zanna signs the kitchen; the house site, filodolio.com.tr, still prints the numbered stretch and the group phone 0538 504 89 10. The board is Milan rather than tourist trattoria: fresh pasta, pizza, the Italian classics written for a Bağdat table that stays through a second glass. Book on the site if the avenue is at its weekend crush; walk-ins still work earlier in the week when the pass is facing the room rather than the reservation sheet.

The little-known fact is the branch. Filo d'Olio is a group, not a one-room debut, and Caddebostan is the door @kesifmekan tagged açılan — this card is that numbered street, not a generic Italian night. The dining room stills on the kitchen Instagram show wood, pendants and a pass that faces the tables, which is why the avenue outside still wins even when the tagliatelle is the reason you sat. Bağdat here is Caddebostan, not the Suadiye end: 319–321C sits where the evening walk already has a pizza and a pasta argument, and this room is the 2026 version of that argument.

@filodoliotr is the live camera for hours. The pasta is why you go; Bağdat is why it feels like Istanbul.
