Crust & Co.

Crust & Co. is a pizzeria on Karantina Sokak in Karaköy, at number 3A in Kemankeş Karamustafa Paşa, one street back from the heavier restaurant frontage that faces the water.

The usable fact is the lane: Karantina is narrow, quick to fill, and still marked by the old port-quarter grain, so the pizza room works at counter distance with dough and oven as the visible center instead of a long waterfront terrace, which keeps the project inside Beyoğlu’s working dockside grid.

Istanbul Muse filed the opening, and crustcopizzeria is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
