Chunky Smash Burger

Chunky Smash Burger is a smash-burger counter at Muhittin Üstündağ Cd. No:65 D:1 in Koşuyolu, planted on the residential grid of Kadıköy.

The format is deliberately narrow: smashed patties, a short stack of toppings, and sides that move as fast as the griddle, so the room behaves more like a neighborhood pit stop than a long-table dining hall. Seating stays secondary to the pass; the point is heat, salt, and a clean exit back onto the Koşuyolu sidewalks.

Oggusto filed the opening, and chunkysmashburger on Instagram is the live camera for hours and limited drops. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
