Casa Foscolo Rooftop opened on 27 August 2026 on General Yazgan Sokak No: 12 in Asmalımescit, on top of the eighteen-room Casa Foscolo Hotel. Müdavim filed the terrace the day it started pouring: fifty covers, 11:00–00:00, signature cocktails and a view that looks at Galata and the Historic Peninsula instead of a tower skyline. The hotel is small enough that the roof never quite behaves like a club. Eighteen rooms downstairs keep the crowd closer to a house party than a chain terrace, and the evening still feels borrowed from the floors below. Neo-classical masonry, a recently renovated interior, exhibition space on the way up, and Minoa Library — the lobby café-bar — sit under the same roof. Yazgan Sokak is a walking street in Pera, so the terrace is a lift above a neighbourhood that already drinks, not a destination tower with a themed bar. Saturday nights add a DJ; the rest of the week is quieter.

The kitchen runs all day, which is why the clock starts at 11:00. Croissants and quiche hold the afternoon coffee hour, the same bakery line you can also find at Minoa downstairs. After that the terrace card turns to sharing plates built for a bar — pizzas, guacamole with tortilla chips, toasts, crispy shrimp with aioli. Mudavim singled out Vitello Tonnato Bites on the food side and Foscolo’s Angel among the cocktails. A short wine list sits next to the classic and house pours. You can scan the breakfast, house and terrace cards from the same QR; the roof is the drinks floor of a small Pera hotel, not a standalone nightclub. Prices, on that first write-up, were called reasonable for the view.
