The room sits on Bebeköy Sokak rather than the waterfront promenade, so the village side streets set the pace instead of the car line along the shore. Contemporary plates land in a brasserie frame built for lingering lunches and early dinners, close enough to the Bosphorus air to feel the neighborhood without staging the view as the whole point of the table.
