Anta

Anta is a modern Anatolian restaurant at the Novotel Bomonti entrance on Silahşör Caddesi No: 46 in Şişli’s Merkez quarter, where hotel traffic and Bomonti’s evening crowd share the same threshold.

Chef Muhsin Ertürk’s previous chapter was Lokanta Göktürk; this Bomonti room is the first time he has run a chef’s table inside a Novotel lobby entrance, folding hotel architecture into a tighter, more personal service rhythm.

Istanbul Muse, Müdavim, and Oggusto filed the opening, and anta.restaurant stays the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
