Altkat Lokal opened on Thursday 18 June 2026 at Karakolhane Caddesi 64/1 in Yeldeğirmeni, the third house after Altkat Coffee and Altkat Drinkery, on the old mill-street stretch that still reads as a neighborhood rather than a destination strip.

The little-known fact is the motto they printed themselves: nothing fancy — beer, cocktails and good food. Daily hours run 12:30–01:00, so the same door is a lunch table and a late bar without changing the sign. DenemenLazım put it on the July 2026 new-places guide the week after the opening night.
