Ainen

Ainen is a burger counter on Taşkızak Tersanesi Caddesi in the Tersane district, at number 27 in Camiikebir, where Beyoğlu’s northern edge still carries the vocabulary of docks and yards.

The little-known frame is the road itself: this stretch was built for the old imperial shipyard, so a compact burger line now occupies ground planned for dry-dock traffic, and the contrast between quick service food and maritime industrial scale is the room’s clearest fact.

Istanbul Muse and Oggusto filed the opening, and ainenburger is the live camera for hours. The room is why you go, and the street is why it feels like Istanbul.
