Trü opened on 17 February 2026 at Carrer de Còrsega 232 in the Esquerra de l’Eixample, chef Artur Martínez’s informal tavern beside Michelin-starred Aürt.
The little-known fact is the clock. Tuesday to Saturday 19:30–22:00, with a short Friday and Saturday lunch from 13:30–14:30, vegetable-led sharing plates and a natural wine list that does not need a speech. Martínez already runs Aürt in the Hilton Diagonal Mar lobby; Trü is the room where pa amb tomàquet and grilled cabbage with green romesco can be the whole evening. +34 932 37 69 98 takes the phone.
