Tacos Guzmán

Tacos Guzmán opened in spring 2026 at Carrer de Sant Pau 27 in the Raval, a Tijuana-style taco counter with fresh flour tortillas and a sauce line built for the street rather than a tasting room.

The little-known fact is the dough. Flour tortillas made in the Raval, sauces that read as Tijuana rather as a generic Mexican list, a door on Sant Pau where the neighbourhood already eats standing up. Barcelona Food Experience called it one of the interesting new openings on that stretch.
